Day 2

Effective lesson planning is an important part of teaching in China. Our trainer will provide lesson planning strategies and classroom time management skills for different levels of students.

Songs/Chants and Story Telling
Day 3

For kindergarten students, “learn and play” method is very essential Songs and Chants are popular tools to help young students learn faster and enjoy the classroom environment with a foreign teacher

Game and Activities
Day 4

In “learn and play” method, games and activities are important in classroom learning and review lessons Chinese students learn faster when topics are covered with variety of games and topic bases activities such as flash cards

Phonetic Awareness and Learning Content
Day 5

It’s very important to provide right content for right level of students and their continuous progress in English language Foreign teachers have the responsibility to manage student’s learning and we help them to learn the skills

Classroom Management
Day 6

Foreign teachers need to maintain a good English learning environment for students In this lecture, trainer provides the methods to manage teaching lessons, get-along with students, communication with assistant teachers and time management for English classes

Practice Demo and Teaching
Day 7

This is the day for foreign teachers to show their skills and practice with other foreign teacher as a real classroom environment Our team will judge the lesson and score as per standards and give review based on the performance

Q&A and Visiting Kindergarten/Training Centers
Day 8

After 7 days training program, foreign teachers are ready to give DEMO classes for jobs in kindergartens, training centers and schools They can also visit schools as a learning experience and later discuss their expectations with our team
